I’m most often brought into ambiguous spaces where teams are shipping fast, complexity is rising, and decision-making starts to degrade. My focus is creating leverage: clear principles, shared frameworks, and durable product structure that helps teams move faster without fragmenting the experience.
 

Over the last several years I’ve led work across iOS and Android, operating at platform scope on AI-assisted writing experiences. I stay close to craft when it matters, but my primary focus is alignment, decision quality, and systems that scale across teams.
